About Airfields Revealed
Airfields Revealed is a cinematic documentary series about historic airfields — the places where aviation history took shape, and where traces of that history still remain.
Each episode combines original drone cinematography, archival film and photography, maps, narration, and on-location storytelling to reveal what these places were, what they became, and what is still standing if you know where to look.
The series focuses on surviving airports, vanished terminals, wartime fields, airline gateways, and aviation sites that shaped American aviation — some still flying, some preserved, and some hidden beneath the cities that replaced them.
